It is with some trepidation that you follow this dubious trail as it attempts suicide by leaping over the edge of the falls. The first part of this adventure consist of carefully lowering yourself along the edge of the falls. You must have full confidence in the pipe and cable system to ensure that no misstep is taken, for a fall could have grave consequences. About half way down, the trail veers away from the falls and takes a more rational route the rest of the way down. Once at the foot of the falls it is time to pause and enjoy the beauty here. While little is written of Silver Falls, I find it more impressive than Berry Creek Falls.
