A Forest Ramble

Trail Thoughts and Musings

This portion of the Rincon Road is a relatively level journey through second growth forest. While dry during the summer, numerous small streams appear when the winter rains fall. Although the trails can be muddy, it is then that this forest becomes most alive. At any time, the forest calls for the hiker to tread lightly and slow down to enjoy the rhythm of the trees.
