While the trail has continued its gradual upwards incline, Bunny creek has been climbing with a much steeper angle of ascent. At this point the streambed and the trail once again meets and you now make your final crossing. The creek has narrowed considerably, and even during the wet season, it poses no problem to jump from one side to the other.
