This hike actually spans two different parks. While it begins and ends in Lexington County Park, much of the hike takes place in St. Joseph's Hill Open Space Preserve. These two sign boards mark the beginning of the OSP and also the end of the ascent (for a while). Be sure to read the postings on the board as they will provide much valuable information. Often a map of the preserve is available for the taking.
