After traveling about 0.4 of a mile from the junction with Long Ridge Trail, this connector trail is reached. It will be our return route from the ridge trail. The grassy farm land is still the dominate theme along the trail, but it is surrounded by park like hills that contain both meadow and tree groves. The orderly arrangement of the plant life makes it feel as if the ghostly farmer is not gone, but only resting.
