The passage has now shrunk so that even a short adult must walk in a permanent crouched position. All external light has vanished and only the flashlight you posses can light your way. In addition, Bear Creek is now the trail, making a dry hike an impossibility. Here the light glistens off the creek showing where to take your next step.
