Even on days that are not fog free, the views can still be breathtaking. Here on top of Borel Hill the fog from the Pacific Ocean can be seen drifting up the slopes of the Santa Cruz mountains. It lightly floats over the flower filled fields of grass and spills gently over the ridge, fragmenting into ever diminishing wisps of clouds.
