Looking down the First Switchback
Trail Thoughts and Musings
It is a short hike to the first switchback on the trail. This will take you in the direction of the Lexington Resevior, but don't be concerned, it will soon turn back toward the park entrance. The trail is quite steep here (which is why the hike ascended on Jones Trail).
