First View of the Kings River
Trail Thoughts and Musings
Up until now the trail has been traveling though a forest rooted in a sandy loam. Although the destination is to where the Kings River plunges close to a hundred feet forming Mist Falls, the Kings River has been strangely absent. The sound of rushing water can now be heard. A short side trip will take one to this first overlook of the Kings River as it flows down the canyon.
