The path now enters a more level stretch and one can take the time to look over the expanses of tall grasses and see the hills that separate the hiker from the bay. These hills contain the million dollar homes that are found in and around Palo Alto. Drinking in the vast views of the bay, it is no wonder the moguls of Silicon Valley choose to build and live in this area.
