Soon the small subsidiary canyon which has become the trail terminates at the face of the canyon wall. In order to complete the journey to the top of the falls, the trail must now use a narrow ledge that juts out from the sheer granite cliff. Before embarking on this final trek, one must give silent thanks to the trail builders for providing a railing along this section of the hike.
