desc: Actually what I found that caught my interest was everything that you have listed in the category "What interests you most"? We are a group of 6-10 that used to do a lot of backpacking. Now our interests lie in good, clean campsites at interesting locations that we can day hike into. Age caught up with some of us. Heard that the pinnacles sustained some damage last year and was looking for info on that site for a possible trip later in the year.

It's a lorge B&W photo of a man dwarfed by a redwood that has an identifying plaque on it stating 'Father Tree'. In the background is a Model T Ford. I've had this photo in my home in Oregon for the past 25 years and have always wanted to find this tree and visit it. A wish-list would include a table, for each hike, with total distance, total time it took for you to hike it, rating of the hike and the trail conditions, and a GPS track or landmarks file would be interesting to have...(for us techno hiker types). It'd also be really neet to see a Topo map for each hike.
