Having rested and dried out, it is now time to continue the journey. Following the trail two more scenic points come into view. The first is Emerald pool and then the Silver Apron which can be seen in the view. It must be emphasized that under no circumstance should anyone attempt to wade or swim in the river. Every year people are swept over Vernal Falls after going into the water. None to my knowledge have ever survived.
